How to obtain the enrolled identity in android system.

Hello, I am an Android app developer currently developing an Intune SDK based app. At present, I have encountered a problem: on my Android phone, I have successfully logged in to the company portal app and have also generated a work application. Our own app can obtain the enrolled identity through MAMEnrollmentStatusCache. However, when I proactively cleaned up the app cache, the configuration file corresponding to MAMEnrollmentStatusCache was also cleaned up. This leads to the inability to obtain the enrolled identity when I open the app again. I would like to ask how to obtain the enrolled identity in this situation. Thank you!
