Create a Yaml based pipeline for ADF deployment to multiple environment(SIT,ACCT,LIVE)

Question

currently we are doing custom deployment to deploy ADF pipelines from one to another environment (DEV---> SIT)(DEV--->ACCT).now we want to create a yaml based pipeline which will be able to this job . so we do not have to do all steps for custom deployment. we can only trigger the yaml pipeline and deployment from one ENV to another ENV can be done.
