W2K22 Azure VM with hotpatch - When is the actual update being installed? How to schedule reboots?

Hello,
From what I understand, the W2K22 Azure VM Hotpatch images will follow this schedule:
My question is about the "Planned/Unplanned Baselines" schedules and planning a high available service (File Server) reboots:
- If the July/Aug/October/Jan updates require a reboot and I set the VM in the Portal to:
- Reboot Setting: Never Reboot (because of the service File Server being used 24/7)
- When exactly is the update being installed (date/time)?
- Can we see or get alerted when a update is installed or when a reboot is required?
If I set to "Never reboot" and I know when the update is installed then I can set a Task Schedule task to shutdown -r -t
We also have SCCM which manages all other OS software updates but I don't see how
Thanks, M
