Can we install BizTalk Server 2020 on Windows Server 2022 and use Sql Server 2022 as the default database?

Maximum windows version is Windows Server 2019
Maximum SQL version is Microsoft SQL Server 2019
So no, if you install on Windows Server 2022 and use SQL Server 2022 it won't be a supported configuration. It might work, but if you have any issues, Microsoft might decline support.

Is this answer still relevant does MS only support BTS 2020 on Windows 2019 & SQL Server 2019 or is it now possible to uppgrade to win 2022 and Sql server 2022?

2024-09-04T21:07:25.93+00:00 Yes, this answer is still relevant. Microsoft has been asked when it will support a later version of Windows Server, and their answer was, "it is on our backlog, no ETA"
