Hello Microsoft TS -
We develop software which runs on the Windows operating systems.
Previously, we've received confirmation from Microsoft regarding the different OS versions, that the core executable code is binary identical between the Home, Professional and Enterprise versions of a particular release.
We are looking to update our requirements for the Windows 11, Server 2019 and Server 2022 operating systems.
Can you please confirm or correct the following statements regarding the noted operating systems?
1) Is the core code binary identical between the Windows 11 Home, Professional and Enterprise editions with the difference being additional features in the "higher" editions?
2) Is the core code binary identical between the Server 2019 Standard and Data Center editions with the difference being additional feature support in the Data Center edition?
3) Is the core code binary identical between the Server 2022 Standard and Data Center editions with the difference being additional feature support in the Data Center edition?
Kind Regards,
Patrick

Hello there,
This might not be the right forum where Microsft could answer your questions.
Microsoft uses a single codebase for core operating system, which includes the kernel, system libraries, and many fundamental components. This core code is common across all editions of Windows 11.
Hope this resolves your Query !!
