Severe memory fragmentation issues via Explorer.exe in Win11

Hi all, my first NEW ASUS/AMD/Nvidia box in 16 years, MASSIVE upgrade, 25% of a 1993 SGI ONYX system's computational power, actually, I have Win11 Pro on an ASUS/AMD/Nvidia config, but I'm experiencing windows explorer to start lagging, starts using 700% MORE memory, and just "stopping" for no reason. Then files, icons, etc., don't 'go away' when deleted. Until I "F5". ALL on new gear, most with five year/lifetime warranties. All that is working well. I understand how the memory data is paged/repaged and all, but it seems like that would have been addressed by version XP.

It seems MOST prevalent when using my USB accessories. Any info on this?
