Forms not allowing students to review what they missed

I'm a teacher and I gave my students a test using forms. I've done this for years. When I posted their scores, they can see their scores, but used to be able to go back and see what they got wrong and now they can't. I checked settings and nothing indicated they couldn't. Thoughts?

    Hi @
    Wyant, Carley

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. The following suggestion is just for your reference

It seems like there might be a setting in Microsoft Forms that needs to be adjusted. In the quiz settings, there is an option called “Show results automatically” which, when enabled, allows responders to see the results of each question when they submit their quiz answers.

If this setting is not enabled, students won’t be able to see what they got wrong. You can find this setting by opening the form you want to edit, then select More form settings > Settings.
