retrieve emails

Hi All

One of my user was having emails in draft folder in outlook. user has lost the emails from the draft folder. Draft folder is now empty. is it possible to retrieve emails from the draft folder. please guide me.

Have you enabled hold on this mailbox?

If yes, it can prevent emails from being completely deleted from the mailbox.

I would suggest using Content Search to check if the emails are still in the mailbox.

If there is no result returned in the search, the emails may probably have been permanently deleted.

In this case unfortunately it is not possible to get the emails back.
