Is it possible to archive emails by year in Exchange Online/Outlook ?

Hi,

I am having the following problem:

I have an email with 5 years of data: 2019 -> 2023. Is there a way to Archive this email by year in Outlook, Exchange Online (automatically or manually)?

Hi Vo Do,
Yes, you can manually archive in batches. You need to set the time period (by 1 year) and manually archive multiple times.

In my example, I archived the last three years of records by year.
