Not able to receive academic discounts

I am trying to book PL-300 exam. As I am a student I checked for the discount through my student ID and mailed the required details to Microsoft. It is showing in my profile that I am qualified for academic discounts but when I am trying to submit the fees no discount is available. Can you please look into this?
