I read somewhere that a powerapps account and azure account can be bundled pricing wise. Is this true and how to do it?

My trial powerapps has expired, so I need to upgrade my trial to a pay-as-you- powerapp subscription ;

or as I stated in the title, I read I could add my powerapps subscription under my Azure acct. To have Azure and powerapps subscriptions for less than two seperate subscriptions.

Thanks,

Doug
