2023-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029351) error

The installation goes all the way to 100% before it says error. Restarting doesn't change anything, I don't currently have a third party firewall and Windows Defender is running. Help.
