billing is wrong and fraud .

i made 5 virtual machines pay as you go plan , and then i place my budget or spending limit 150£ . in whole month my all machine were off every after i use i stop machine . and now i have charge 400£ bill which i can not afford . i have try to generate ticket but unfortunately i cant find , no any support ticket all links are just articles . please help me to get my 400£ back

    You will have been charged for the storage costs and network costs. All Azure subscription users get Free Billing and Subscription Management support.
