Lost all badges and trophies earned from MD-102 course completed last month through Lumify

Question

After completing MD-102, I got an email from the service provider to redeem a coupon and through that, I earned a few badges and trophies (I could see on learn.microsoft.com) but after a week all the earned badges and trophies and achievements got 0. I had refreshed the browser and even tried incognito mode but had no success.
