MD-102T00 Lost all Badges and Trophies

Question

I did MD-102T00 with Lumify last month and they sent me some coupons when I redeemed them I earned a few badges and trophies in the Microsoft Learn Portal but after a week when I opened the portal again, there were 0 badges and 0 trophies. Please advise.

FYI- I am using the same Microsoft account so no issues with the email.
