How get expired free Credit extended as I am still doing an Azure course?

My initial credit has expired. However I am still in the middle of doing a training course for Azure Is there any way to get the credit re-instated?
I have tried for quite some time to open a Microsoft support ticket for Azure (as mentioned somewhere else) but it always re-directs to the Azure support and from there, it always ends up in some Visual Studio license benefit page as a solution.
