How to input proxy authentication Mircosoft RemoteDesktop

現在Azure上に構築したAzure Virtual Desktopに接続しようとしています。

リモートデスクトップクライアントをインストールして、接続をしようとしていますが、画像のようにプロキシ入力画面でユーザ名が入力できず、接続できておりません。

どのように対処すればよいでしょうか？
