RDWeb Client (HTML5) username\Password prompt with AppProxy

Question

I have set up RDS through Azure App Proxy and this works great. Used the Single Sign on feature in the enterprise app so when users go to the URL Azure does the auth and they get straight into the landing page and the apps are visible.

For the HMTL5 web client this does not work, they log in through the appproxy, do their MFA through azure, and then get hit with 2 more login prompts??? first looks generic and second is the webclient login. rdweb login1.jpg and rdweb login2.jpg

is there anyway to remove these or get SSO to work like it does on the RDWeb part
