The MDE client analyzer is giving me an error with the message "122003 Missing Path." I've tried running "mkdir.exe C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection\Cyber" as suggested in the guidance, but it's not working. It says that the subdirectory already exists. Does anyone know how I can resolve this error?

Hello @Knut S and thanks for sharing your solution. Since accepting and rating your own answer is not possible I'm reposting it here so you can accept and rate it so that others facing a similar issue can easily find a solution.

This issue is solved , turned out it was missing a registry setting, and not file path Default MDE Policies key
HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Advanced Threat Protection  Imported a setting from another working server. Problem solved
