Copyright to use characters similar to minecraft in created education game

Hiello, I am from Poland.

I create own education game (2D) in UWP for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Game allow children to learn counting, writing, reading, counting money. Another module is learn how to translate words and sentences between english and polish language.

Can I use created by myself 2D characters (a little similar to characters from Minecraft - Creeoper, Zombie, Skeleton) in my game as teachers ?

I am going to sell my game in Poland for small fee. I uploaded test package to Microsoft Store on this account (gra.edukacyjna@outlook.com).

If it is required, I can put information in my game required by You, like photos, videos.
