We have a case where a company keeps receiving the same email from the same sender repeatedly. The question is, could the issue be on our end, do we have some kind of loop? how to check it?

To troubleshoot this further, I would like to know the following:
- What are the cumulative updates for exchange in your environment?
- How many users are currently affected by this issue?
- Do you configure any anti-spam/ anti-malware?
- Check this mailbox using OWA to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, I recommend that you review the message tracking log for this message to check whether any forwarding rules are applied to the message that is causing this issue.

- We have KB5030524.
- Only one person.
- We use TrendMicro Antivirus/Spam.
- The same issue.
We don't have any rules, but the other company claims that we have a problem. However, I actually believe that they might be mistaken. Maybe you can help me figure it out. Thank you again for your assistance.

If you can, please post a screenshot in English to better view the relevant information.
Also, I've noticed some similar threads that say duplicate emails due to some third-party spam protection software.
I recommend that you temporarily turn off this protection software to see if the issue changes.
