We have a case where a company keeps receiving the same email from the same sender repeatedly. The question is, could the issue be on our end, do we have some kind of loop? how to check it?

We don't have any rules, but the other company claims that we have a problem. However, I actually believe that they might be mistaken. Maybe you can help me figure it out. Thank you again for your assistance.
If you can, please post a screenshot in English to better view the relevant information.
Also, I've noticed some similar threads that say duplicate emails due to some third-party spam protection software.
I recommend that you temporarily turn off this protection software to see if the issue changes.
