Copy a business Central Environment with a different application family

Hello,

Our company has been using a 3rd party ERP on top of BC 365 for years. We have all our data on the environment, and would like a copy of the environment with all of our data into a new environment (with a different or same tenant) with a different application family. (just business central). Please let me know if this is possible and many thanks.
