how to see certification on dashboard

Question

I received my microsoft excel expert certification 5 months ago and forgot to log into the dashport during the 90 days. Now I need to log in to dashboard to see my certifications and share it for an internship but it doesn't show that I have any certifications. However, I have the email from Microsoft saying "congradulations". How can I see my certifications on Dashboard so I know my score and I can share the file with the company?
