Device guard unable me to run my "vpn ulimited"

I bought vpn ulimited (allowed by microsoft). It cannot run as it looks like device guard software does not allow it. How can i remove or turnoff for a while the device guard software. ? How can i keep both device guard and at same time running my vpn ?
