I wanted to check with the community, if anyone else had mixed experience with PearsonVue support?
SC-400 exam I had on 02/09 did not go through due technical issues on platform's side. I logged a ticket 10 days ago and had no feedback. I reached out to them again, and I was told that the case was closed. New one was opened.
I don't put much confidence in their support now, so in case my issue is not resolved what would be the next step? Is MS able to assist?
