Please tell me where to request deletion of the account (workplace) and device information (iPhone) registered by Authenticator.

The iPhone I installed Authenticator on broke down and I sent it in for repair, but it came back as a completely new iPhone.
Because the iPhone's unique information has changed, the Authenticator authentication notification does not arrive on the new iPhone, so authentication cannot be performed and you cannot sign in to Visual Studio Subscription.
I was also unable to restore from iCloud.
I think it will involve deleting the Authenticator related information on the Azure AD side, but I would like to know where to request it and how to solve it.
