Cannot log in to Azure Portal

I'm using Edge which is logged in to my Microsoft account. When I go to, it shows:

Looks like something went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact your IT help desk.

I've waited and tried on different days, and different browsers - all with the same result above. I can't submit a ticket since I can't log in, and I'm not finding a phone number to call for help.

    Might try from an in-private session. Also try from a different pc. If nothing works you can reach out to the Azure / 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
