How to embed a certain tag in iframe for Sharepoint Embed Web Part

Hello,

I'm trying to add any web part that will show the rss feed of https://www.brainyquote.com/link/quotefu.rss on my SharePoint Online site (i'm not using the classic version)

I read that it's not possible to add a RSS feed on SP Online, so I tried embedding the feed instead with the following iframe: <iframe src="https://www.brainyquote.com/link/quotefu.rss" comp-type="feed" width="400" height="600"></iframe>

But it shows up like this: User's image

Clearly, it's not neat and adds a bunch of unnecessary information. I simply want the first quote which is in a description tag so in this case: "Television is a medium because anything well done is rare." How can I do this? And if it's not possible, can someone please share ideas of how I can post a quote of the day automatically!!

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi @Roma Patel ,

I tested it in my environment and the situation is the same as yours.

According to the Embed web part article description, the embed code needs to be based on iframe. Maybe your embed code conflicts with the design of SharePoint. Based on the observation of the content you want to link to, it is found that the content displayed in the web part is the content within the original link content tag. If you can edit the content of the original link, you can try keeping only the content you need. If you want to figure out the root cause, you can try creating a new service request in M365 admin center as an admin, and more professional will help you.

(Microsoft 365 admin center ->> Support ->> Help & support)

    Thanks for your understanding.
