AZ-900 is a common exam giveaway, for attending the Microsoft Virtual Training days.
Other than that, around the time of Microsoft Build, Microsoft Ignite (in November), there are Cloud Skills Challenges, that for completing x modules, you can get a free exam voucher as well.
