Can you fix teams Q&A not allowing new posts?

When I first enabled the Q&A feature with moderation I was able to use it. That meeting ended and we rejoined the same link and after that no one was able to submit a question. We all got error messages. Is this an issue with using the same link for multiple meetings or something that can be fixed?

I am not sure what is your meaning of using the same link, do you mean you rejoin the same meeting but cannot use Q&A and post new questions?

If so, we recommend you try to login to Teams web client and join this meeting to see if you could post new questions in Q&A. I did a test in my environment, and it seems no issue.
