Hello, I want to book my exam for Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps) 365 version which is MO 211 and I am in India so there is a website called etrainindia.com and below is the link to it-

So, I want to know if this certification is valid worldwide or only in India and please confirm that they are offering for 365 version.
