Hi @钰滢 张,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
It seems that the previous versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable block the installation. Please go to the Control Panel > Program and Features > uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable items. Meanwhile, please remove the following folder:
%programdata%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Packages\Microsoft.VisualCpp.Redist.14.Latest,version=14.29.30139,chip=x86
You can also use the troubleshooter tool to uninstall or install the relevant Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Then, please re-open your VS Installer to repair your installation.
Besides, you can try to manually install this package (vc_redist.x86.exe) from the page: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads.
Sincerely,
Anna
