    Hi @Arun KumarShrestha

To view Azure credit usage, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Azure Sponsorships portal using your Azure for Students account credentials.
    2. On the balance page, you can find information about used and remaining credit. You can also find your credit expiration date below the credit chart.
    3. To check the usage of services that are consuming your Azure credit, select Usage from the left navigation, then select your Azure for Students subscription.
    4. The table contains the following columns:
      • Service Name: Service that is consuming your Azure credit.
      • Service Resource: Unit of measurement for the service being consumed.
      • Spend: Amount of credit in USD($) spent on the service.

Depending on the resources you deployed, $100 can go quickly. It's best to leverage the free offerings. If you need further assistance, please consider creating an Azure Billing support request by following these steps: ...

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Search for "Help + support" in the search bar.
    3. Select "Help + support" from the search results.
    4. Select "New support request".
    5. Select "Billing" as the issue type.
    6. Fill out the required information and submit the request.

    Hi,

You can check your usage in Azure portal to find out how the credit got exhausted.

    Reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/check-free-service-usage#check-usage-in-the-azure-portal

I believe you must if deployed a VM with higher SKU which ran for 5 mins and the credit got exhausted. Please check your usage and see if this is due to something that you deployed.

    Regards,

    Karthik Srinivas
