Your question is too vague to effectively answer. As noted, right click brings up a context menu, That is normally application related. but we have no way to know what you have configured on your pc.

You should explain what application you are using. Explain why you want this disabled. Be aware that most applications allow a user to select an item and then press the delete key on the keyboard which would also delete the item. So even if you disable the context menu item, you may not be able to stop the user from doing a delete.
