hello ,

The device is provisioned, and first login account setup done but when users tried to connect with cloud pc they getting error like domain not available, like below :
checked ANC is in healthy state and similar other cloud pc are working properly.
what would be the reason for this happening User's image

    @Richa Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A. The error message "domain not available" when trying to connect to a Cloud PC could indicate it is unable to connect to a domain controller. And I notice you already check the ANC connectivity to Azure AD and it is healthy. To troubleshoot the isue, I suggest open case to check int he backgound to get help.
