Updates KB5030219 and KB5031217 causing issues in Dell Desktops

After installing the newest updates on some Dell Desktops, the users reported being unable to utilize the taskbar properly, namely the Search bar wasn't working, the Start button, when clicked, wouldn't pop anything up and File Explorer also had some issues displaying folders. The Dell Desktops are a Vostro and Precision Towers.
Rolling back the updated fixed the issues with the task bar.
Is it a known issue or is there something we might be doing wrong?

    Try check Dell website and see if there are any new update for drivers and if yes install them.

    To troubleshoot the problem, start the PC using Clean Boot and see if that solved the issue? Have a look at:

    If yes, enable services one by one to see which one causing this problem.
