Having Problems Logging in to microsoft account . Unknown password and NO Working Authenticator App

Hi Team,

I've was having an email account takeover issue the past month and a couple of my gmail accounts were compromised - I had to change phones during this time as well and when I download the new authenticator app the only login information that it shows is my attached Student / University 365 account although my personal account is a Private, Personal 365 Premium Subscription - Please help me log in. I do not know the password and recovery efforts have not worked resulting in being "locked out" for too many attempts, only to have the same things happen the following day.
