Azure 900 exam issue

I am trying to take my Azure 900 exam but this issue keeps popping up. I have attempted to check in already 40 minutes before my check-in time which was at 10:45 EDT. I am about to miss my exam because of this issue. What's wrong and who do I contact about this??
