Deployed Azure .NET web app not loading

web app working locally but not working when published to azure. Get the following message:

"Your web app is live, but we don’t have your content yet. If you’ve already deployed, it could take up to 5 minutes for your content to show up, so come back soon."

    There can be multiple reasons why you are experiencing the loading issue. Have you checked, if the startup command is set correctly. You may check it at settings > configuration section of your webapp as shown in the following screenshot

    Hi @Linda Bruce Belebesi adding to Manu's answer, I would also suggest checking the application event logs to get more details on the error. Go to Azure Portal and select your App Service. Then select the ‘Diagnose and solve problems’ option in the sidebar menu. To find out the root cause of a startup problem, it’s best to select the ‘Diagnostic Tools’ option and then check the 'Application Event Logs’. let us know if the issue persists
