AZ-900 score report online is not showing up on my "Learn" web page

On 9/15/2023 I did not pass the AZ-900 Certification exam using the Pearson VUE testing service.

I received a confirmation email indicating that I had failed the Exam however the score report online is still not shown up on my learn.microsoft.com certification web page.

Is there anyone who can help add the score report online to my profile.

The score report will only be available on the Pearson Vue website. It can take many hours after taking the exam before it is available.

On the Learn Certifications page, follow the link to the provider site,

View the Score Reports

Find the exam and click View, and the PDF file behind the link will contain your report.

Hi, I have checked it with PearsonVue. It looks everything is correct at their side. They have said I need to contact Microsoft. If I go to the LEARN Certification I see the following screenshot (see attachment).

I have already taken the exam and if I click and log in on CONNECT CERTICATION PROFILE I still cannot see my latest exam results of last week Friday.

Could you please check it at your side?
