How can I mirror events in a team's individual calendar to a sharepoint list calendar if the event subject contains a certain phrase?

Need to create a cloud event that can be shared to a team of about 20 people.

If an event is added, updated or deleted in an individual outlook 365 calendar that contains the phrase "PTO" in the subject:

1. If that event is created in outlook and does not exist in the sharepoint list calendar
   1. Create an event with the same date/time and duration and name it the Display Name of the user creating the outlook event
2. If the event exists in outlook and sharepoint and is being updated
   1. update the event in sharepoint to mimic the date/time and duration of the saved event after modification
3. If event in outlook is deleted
   1. delete corresponding event from sharepoint list calendar

I discussed your issue with my colleagues on the Outlook team, but we regret to inform you that for the time being there is no out-of-the-box way in SharePoint and Outlook to be able to sync events which contains the phrase "PTO" in the subject to the SharePoint list calendar.

Perhaps Power Automate can create a workflow to accomplish your needs. So I suggest you go to this Power Automate Community and ask the experts for more help.
