WE are using a shared excel that we access via sharepoint. For computers with 360 it works fine, but for users with Office Proplus 2019, the drop down choices to view excel in browser or open in excell do not appaer under the edit tab.

    Hi,

Here are some methods you can try-

    1. Make sure that your SharePoint environment is up to date and supports the features you want to use.
    2. Go to the document library settings, and under "Advanced settings," check the "Opening Documents in the Browser" setting. It should be set to "Use the server default (Open in the client application)." This setting controls how Excel files are opened.
    3. Different web browsers may have different levels of SharePoint compatibility. Make sure that users are using a browser that is compatible.
    4. Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with SharePoint functionality. Get users to access SharePoint in an "incognito" or "private browsing" window with no extensions enabled to see if this fixes the problem.
    5. Check that Office ProPlus 2019 users have the necessary permissions to view and edit documents in the SharePoint library.

    Best Regards.
