client not showing as installed on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Hi Team,

We have client installed on all devices but shows not install on the MECM.

What should I do to resolve the issue?

1,Do the clients install successfully and function well?

2,Please check the ccmsetup.log, ClientLocation.log and CcmMessaging.log to see if there is any related error.
