I am trying to make a tutorial over the SaaS , PaaS, and IaaS service offer by Azure.
I understand that Azure IaaS is virtual machines, and Azure PaaS is Azure Cloud Service (providing deployment tool and api to build application). It only felt natural to say that Azure SaaS was microsoft 365 (office 365) .
However I notice that there wasn't a lot of article or document making it official if office 365 was hosted on Azure .
Also this question has been ask before on stack overflow : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61067230/is-office365-run-on-microsoft-or-azure , but the answer wasn't official.
Any clarification will help!
