Are you using a personal account or work or school account? If you are trying to access file with a work or school account, it seems like your access to OneDrive has been blocked due to a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy set by your organization. Please contact the Microsoft 365 administrator in your organization to resolve this issue. If you are using a personal account, may I know where you get the account from? Is this account purchased directly from Microsoft?
