Authenticator

Question

On my old phone i have authenticator app, but when i take new i did not delete this app on my old phone and i did hard reset. When i download authenticator on my new phone and want to sign In. The app show code which ones i must to insert to authenticator app but i have not where insert that, because i’ve not had access to old phone. I did not know that when i change my phone i must deleted all data on application on my old phone. What i should do now to take access to authenticator app ?
