Getting a domain is not available error during sign-in on the W365 Pc

Hi,

I would like to know the root cause of below 2 problem in w365 cloud Pc :

a. Getting a domain is not available domain

b. and the second one will be to check of otp is not entered by the user for 15 mins and the sessions expires while logging in to the cloud pc it gives an error message.
