Connect Logic App to Dataverse in another tenant

We are trying to use the List Rows (preview) flow on a logic app to connect to a dataverse on a different tenant but the only default environments available are on the 'home' tenant.

The answer was conflicting saying first of all not possible, then maybe possible. Is there any way of confirming if this is possible and if so, how do we go about doing this?

I’ve not done this but there is a Dataverse API with OAuth. You should look into an Azure Function or Azure Runbook that would go away and query the list rows in the third party tenant using the API and the third party’s OAuth connection (looks like an App registration in the third party tenant which you can use to connect to their dataverse with to get what you need). Then you can return the values back into the Logic app as there are both Function Invoke and Automation Runbook invoke connectors that can wait for their job outputs which can then be used further in the logic app flow once ran. So in theory it does seems doable.
