Dism Error 6824 When Clean-up WinSxS Folder

When I use the command dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase to clean up the WinSxS folder, I get error 6824 and get stuck around 20% for a long time.
After following the solution of DISM error 6824, I still get err6824.
