I have not enabled tenant restriction however, I am still getting error for tenant restriction.

Hi Team,

In my orgnization, we have two tenants, with one we use domain join which is a directory service from AWS synching with azure ad. System are joined to let say Domain A and we are trying to access MS resources of tenant B or domain B. However, we are getting error that Your network administrator has blocked access with error code AADsts500021.

We have not enabled tenant restriction and all services was running fine till yesterday.

help would be appreciate.

    Hi @Solv ,

    You can use the Tenant Restrictions view to see which sign in attempts were blocker by the restriction - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/tenant-restrictions#admin-experience

    Based on that information, you would be able to check what type of restrictions are in place and remove them if that's the case.
